They are cooperative and helpful if you try to ask question wisely.
Security is good.
By the new token system there are not any issues of traffic in queue line.
Because of low counter we should wait there.
By my perspective there should be one counter of general that anyone can ask anything and they give a proper answer for our further process.

There are 3 to 4 cash counters but only one of them is working .....& People are not co-operative...

Bakvas Service provided by staff...fully dissatisfied

State Bank of India is India's large PSU bank. But service offer here is not satisfactory. If you have some work related to your account, you have to reserve atleast your one day for that.

Counter number 12. Men is rude very bad behave with coustemer.

staff is very bad. 🤬🤬

Very bad response from staff.. i have to wait for 7days for my own money stuck in CDM.
