Axis Bank Branch

Two months and my cheque book has not been delivered. The branch says that it has been delivered and now coordinate with the delivery service provider. Is it my work to coordinate with N number of people and service provider to get my cheque book successfully delivered? The branch people never attend your calls, don't bother to follow up on your requests and providing a solution to a two month long request sounds like a load to them. Disappointed and Agitated!
