This bank of India's branch is Surat's wrost working condition branch. There is only one counter available for deposit and credit. This branch is not give any satisfaction to it's customer. There is always que of 15 people in counter which takes almost your 1 hour for any business deposits or credit.

There is no inuff staff here since last 2 years. Even if you have any work up the money, you still have to wait 3 to 4 hours.
