HDFC Bank

Axis Bank is far better than HDFC in everything. Gone through false commitments by one of HDFC representative, Attitude level is very high. They talk like it doesn't matter to them if you open a account or not. If anyone is planing to open a account pl don't go with HDFC. You'll regret it.

It took them more than 2 hours to simply submit a challan for my university. I went to back at 1 pm and the teller told me to come before 11:30 am to submit any challan. I don't know how their service hours vary just because they don't feel like submitting it. Finally, after a long debate when they agreed, they didn't have required information to process the challan at their branch. I had to wait for another one hour till they can figure out the things. Prefer some other branch if you wish to do any business with them.

The worst service and rude behaviour of staff....but don't worry bro you are not the only.
Today i got this gift from your HDFC BANK ATM.

Worst branch of any bank I have ever visited. Service is in total loss. Service of a dhaba is far beteer than their service. No call receiving. Customer never gonna satisfy with this branch. Request to improve...

Pathetic Service. Do Come here if you wanna waste your 4-5 hours for simple work. Not Recommended
