Axis Bank Branch

Staff is not at all cooperative. People specially senior citizens face difficult to cope up with the ill response of staff. Bank authorise must take not of peoples review on this platform and also inspect their cc tv camera footage to see the reality of people's hardship.

Worst service. Even the Deputy Vice President, Mr. Jenis, does not respond to queries! We regret having Priority account. Closing all our associations with this Branch. When the leader himself does not set a good example, nothing much can be expected from the lower staff. This Branch and its team seriously requires proper Customer Service Training.
DO NOT EVER OPEN ANY ACCOUNT OR USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL SURELY REGRET.

Rajdeep enterprise is not mapped with Axis bank but some persons of my office has account in axis bank account ..

Lack of knowledge is Major issue,they don't know about tie up companies.
No proper support.
Way of talking not proper.
No Person available to open salary account.
Sending customer to other branch.

Highly incompetent and careless bunch of people. Only branch that is private sector but operates as govt sector ! Docs for profile updates and other RBI mandated updates are taken but your documents and records never reach RBI. Highly skilled in fooling around, no official confirmation given on any kyc or other RBI mandated processes. Only AXIS can have such branches and staff operating !!

Very bad services, i had spent my almost 2hrs at branch on saturday 3/12/2022 for profile update & submitted photographs & signed documents, as my account is showing Frozen due to profile update issue. Still the same issue i have checked on 12-12-2022 no profile got updated & same status. They are committed and told it will get resolved after 7 days.

Worst experience ever .
Have a company account with close to 80+ salary accounts too.
For every small thing they make us chase for days and weeks . Always false promising and never responds back . Managers are the same .
Request over 10 times on few things and after months they are Asking to start fresh .

Efficient staff and nice, clean office.
Waiting/ seating area could be increased.
Parking is congested.
Overall good , fast service. With cash withdrawal and cash-in machine nearby.
