I met Mr. Arun Pratap Singh, branch manager for the first time. He is a gentleman and very helpful person. I had such a wonderful experience. These type of managers are an asset to the Bank. -Rajiv Bhatt.

Bank Manager Arun Singh is knowledge wise zero, very rude behaviour. Ekdam Whenhopdless and balvas fellow. I am surprised and shocked hos he is in position of Manager, I approched for Education loan. My salary account is with the same bank, same branch. He kicked out my parents using abused words. Manager has not given information on education loan. Not processed our education loan, though my salary account is with the same branches.
We have ltelephonically complained to Central bank Regional Manager. Let us see how Management acts.

Worst service..I have visited there for kyc completion and they told me to visit my home branch which is 2200km away.
Kyc can be completed from any branch but they did not want to work.
That Branch DBM has also no intrest in solving customer query and she insisted me to write emails or call home branch .They speak in that way as they are doing favour on you instead of performing their job for which they are boring paid for.

Really pathetic staffs behaviour.

It's in the heart of the commercial district. The lane in front of it is quite narrow. All parking gets occupied at the start of the working day. So no parking is available for 4-wheelers.

There's an ATM right next to the entrance to the branch. The machine is old and slow. But it works!

The branch is extremely busy. The staff is overworked. Our experience was that they remained courteous and patient with us throughout the time we were there. All our matters were resolved satisfactorily.
