DISAPPOINTED BY careless service provided to me i am a international student and i have loan account they took more than a week to transfer money from account my branch manager have to send papers again to complete the process ..and still waiting for transfer please its a request to improve your service .and this is second time happening with me.. very disappointed by the bank staff..i dont know they misplace my papers evrytime and my father have to always ask for 2nd time tranfer ..please its request to check and improve your services..
