- They were super welcoming at first!
- Staff needs to be more careful with documents.
- They need more transparency in their work for photocopy they will take all ur documents inside.
- Tables are dirty !

The guard of the bank was more responsible than the staff sitting inside .
He helped me out to deposit money in machine . The inside staff was busy in their own chatting and not responding to customers . Deposit slips were missing as usual .

Ms. Shweta seth, Deputy branch manager, as absolutely so rude to answer any query.
She us such a liability on your bank. ..
There is a way to respond to any customer query and there is always a decent way to say NO to any request. After all this also comes under customer relationship.. ..

I would not be willing to continue with a bank like this that doesn't value customers and their time.

One of a kind bank stuff... Came for aadhar updates but didn't allow to sit inside the lounge except for only the person who have an appointment.

No value for customers, there are about 15 employees and no support to customers. Aadhar support staff is always absent. why ICICI bank has provided space to him ? I will transfer bank account from ICICI. visited 4-5 times in this bank branch and no improvement in services.

Worst experience... Employee bsy in their own work.
