This branch is situated in regal building and earlier it was named as State Bank of Patiala but after merger of banks it has been renamed as State Bank of India. Although rush factor is not there in this branch but the staff over here is a bit lazy. Apart from it one may go in for opening of balance account if they want to avoid rush which is there in many branches of SBI

This branch is not working now and has been shifted to P block connaught place, which walking distance from here.

Worst attitude of branch manager , hopeless inefficient person. Went to open an account for my minor daughter on Saturday. First they told me that server us not working so, they can't open the account. Then told me to submit all documents with form , but till date no message from them.

Worst attitude by branch manager and staff. Dont have will to resolve concern. I wish to close my dead father account and branch manager took 6 hours to reply to us. I have send the documents via post now and till date no reply.

It is a branch of state Bank of India itis good
