HDFC Bank

Appalling services, rude remarks, incomplete information provided and even after a written complaint to both the Mr. Puri no change at all. Got an instant debit card recently and even though it was promised to be activated within 24 hours, it has been 4 days now and there is no card associated with my account. Even after following the instructions from the CCE nothing worked. I have a patient at attend and need cash but with an obsolete plastic card not sure if it would be of any help.

i have good experience with HDFC but vert bad experience with HDFC uttam nagar branch staff. I have submitted documents in branch to update communication address. After several visit my all documentation done with physical address verification. But several months lapsed but my address not get updated. i have tried through net banking also but it's rejected. i really disappointed.

Pathetic experience. I visited this branch 3 times just to update my email. The lady Niharika confirmed all the times that email is updated but still I am not getting an emails from the bank nor I can get access to hdfc mobile app. I wonder what this bank wants me to do to update my email.

I really worst experience with hdfc branch in uttam naga..I put my cheque for clearing to directly counter he saying this would be clear tomorrow evening but still 4th day is coming it's not clearing & also he is not given me any receiving of cheque, when I asked him for receiving he saying does not require.
What should I do ..?

Wrong direction showing in Google Map. Totally waste 1 hour by searching the exact location of the Uttam Nagar Branch. Why Google set the wrong location I don't know.
2nd & 4th Saturday should be closed but wrong information provided here in Google that the bank is open on each Saturday.

Useless bank branch , just did kyc and account not opened yet. Never recommend this foolish branch , they deserve negative ratings

The world worst class services of this HDFC bank. It was very bad experience in life with HDFC bank. I never suggest to any person yo take any services from HDFC Bank. If it is in my hand I will give -10 star.
