Pathetic services. Waiting to open my account since 10 days. Visited bank twice. They always say that they'll send the executive to my home but nobody is interested for that. Talked to Mr. Dhruv on phone many a times but he is just wasting my time.

Account closure request submitted at Shahdra branch, Delhi on 26/06/2021 not yet taken care despite my personal visits and complaints at customer care many times. Don’t know how many more days they require to close it. However they claim within two working days account will be closed. Now they may levy minimum balance charges, ATM charges which is due to be issued in April 2021.
