ICICI Bank I P Extension, Delhi-Branch & ATM

It's one of the very good branches of ICICI. People are respinsive and ready to help. The ATM is right outside. However, be ause of big hospital in the next building Parking is a big issue...

Staff here is busy selling the new account to customers but after they have successfully opened the bank account for thr customer, the staff does not even bother to look into the complaints or problems faced by the same customer. Happened to me. ICICI app wasn't working on my phone and the ICICI staff of this bank haven't contacted me after opening the bank account.

I hv applied for a current account for my new company Stout Infra Engineering Pvt Ltd Delhi and Asst manager is assured me that your account is open in two working days but my account is note open till the date. Branch manager is also assured on 8 May. Bank officer is not caring customer need and making false commitment for bank Buisness. Aapka order is slipped from our hand due to this bank.

Pathetic banking services. I have been to this branch several times but always been very disappointed with the behaviour and customer service. I have also raised several queries and concerns that the Branch Manager is unable to resolve even after a month of follow-up. Finally deciding to move my account to another bank.

I dealt with Prabha Singh at the Patpar Ganj branch and was extremely dissatisfied with her services. i needed to transfer money overseas , she never informed me about the charges and just charged from my account, plus She also misplaced my documents for KYC.
Now I have sent another set of paper to the attention of Branch manager by courier and it seems nothing was done on it till date as I am still getting reminders to update my KYC.

Somehow whenever I go for any transaction at ICICI IP Extension, I come out dissatisfied. Please take today's incident. I work in the night shifts, so as soon as I got up at 11:00 AM, I rushed to ICICI to get a crucial RTGS done. I filled-up the form and submitted to the short dark colored girl (sitting adjacent to branch manager's cabin). She took the form and said that you go back and your work will be done. Now when I slept in the afternoon and got up in the evening, I see that my crucial transaction is not yet done and the bank is closed. Who is responsible for the loss I am going to bear now? And the mental harrasment? Bank did not bother to even give me a call back. Now I am waiting for tomorrow and will visit the branch again to follow up.

Today visited in your branch for opening my new saving account and m very disappointed with your service. I talked there one girl short height I don't her name she wore indian dress and her face colour dark.She asking me too many questions for just saving account m giving money for saving account I didn't go there for loan and even she didn't offer to seat she talked like boss such bad experience with your branch.
