Crowded and cramped but still better than the Kalkaji Branch nearby. Gets the job done.

Very slow in terms of work, the server is always down and they can make their customers sit for long hours. Manager is more like an agent who is completely depend on other staffs.

Cooperative people. Except one person. Can't name.

Great staff but small and over crowded always. Waiting time is a hassle for any service you need. Also being on the main road of CR Park, parking is also a hassle.

The worst experience of my life. The current staff are a bunch of frauds; every single one of them. None of them know anything about polite society. I saw the harassment of senior citizens happen before my own eyes. None of them actually know how to do their work. I say this because I am a victim of this. Due to their misguidance, I had a loss of Rs. 18,000. I would recommend that none of you try to have any kind of relation with this branch. Such callous and rude attitude in one of the top Government banks of India is revolting.
