I will share my experience about chhattisgarh garmin bank. This bank available basically in rural areas where no banks was available. This bank is work under the Govt of chhattisgarh. The govt employee and farmers all the payment must be coming in this bank. Recently, this bank start, rupay card service, but with restriction of 10000 rupees. The bank infrastructure was very poor condition and very small. There are only one counter for payement received. The bank is govt, so the salary and benefit was very good and job security is permanet because, its a govt job. The career growth of this bank is restricted to only for rural areas. The working enviroment is nice, but the facilities was very down in this bank. In this bank, the payment must be transfer delay, money should be deposite delay and there is no net banking facilities is available in this bank
