Service is not so good.

Service is very slow

2018 may the present branch manager is not responsible n lazy grab

I will suggest don't open your account with SBI as making this branch as your home branch .

They are very slow even slower than turtle. They don't even understand you urgent things, they are seriously working like a careless people who don't understand there job and responsibilities.
They are wasting the government money by sitting there.

The branch manager is also so careless person. I have done so many mails to them but never got any response from there side.

Very good facilities & working service

I have visited the Branch to update my mobile number on last Friday, been in the line for several hours filled the form with kyc form and submitted on the counter number 1, He has checked the form and asked to his colleague to update and ensured me that work will be done by end of the day .
It's been 5 days and still I am waiting.
Fedup with SBI.
