Worst hospitality and staff are very rude they can't even talk properly wid customers...
I just hate this bank branch .....
There is not even a desk or chair to seat ...

Branch staff are not good..
Work process are very slow...
I just hate this branch of sbi..
No space to seat..

Worst branch in Bhagalpur district possibly also in Bihar.

Staff does have proper skills some also have best skills in this field but don't know how to guide the customers properly.

The staff who views issue related to aadhar card also have his desk in front of main gate due to which there is rush of people on the gate.

Theere are server issues on ATM and its not a 24 x 7 ATM.

Just don't open an account here if you are not a local person in baluachak area.

It's time consuming to just open an account because of the processes and time involved in it.

1. Line up for opening the account ( for 30- 45 minutes)

2. The staff will ask you if you have e-kyc for opening the account

a. If you have then it's all good
b. If you don't then you have to go to the "SBI Grahak Seva Kendra" i.e. approx 400-500 meter ,there you will have to pay RS. 20 for the e-kyc then you have to return with the kyc paper to the bank
c. This option is available when the "Sir Service Manager" is free then he will do the kyc
( time consumed 30-40 minutes )

3. Now you are returning to the first process
( time consumed 30-40 minutes )

4. Staff will ask if you have Rs 1500 to 2000 available from which 500 will be for insurance and the rest will be there still deposited in your account .IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEN JUST GO HOME.

5. Now that you have money and the e-kyc paper your bank account will be opened.
( time consumed 5 -10 minutes )

6. Deposit the ask amount or more if you have i.e ( time consumed 30-40 minutes )

7. For Insurance ( time consumed 10-20 minutes )

8. If you have a smart phone then SBI YONO will be installed on your device.
( time consumed 5-10 minutes )

9. You don't have to go through many processes if you are opening the account directly with SBI yono

10. Staff will say they don't have passbook for your account so come after a week.
Even after a week it will take at least 1 to 3 hours to have the passbook.

Conclusion for time consumed :-

1500 to 2000 Rupees

AND

3-4 hours for opening the regular account
1-2 hours in case of YONO account
After 7 days
1-3 hours for having the passbook

(In my case it has taken 7 months for the bank to give me a passbook. Reason because the blank passbook was not available for a month in which i visited there at least 6 times, then just didn't visited the bank until i have a reason to have the passbook.)

Staffs are very rude. There is pasbook printing machine that does not work maximum times. Most of the customers are village farmers who are not literate but the staffs ask them to use machine when they ask them to update there pasbook.
