HDFC Bank

Staff behaviour is good but ony for upper class people.
Other wise it provides good banking services

Not.good

..too.crowdy...no.facilities..

One of the bad bank in lakhisarai. Bank staff is not supported.staff behaviour is not good.this hdfc branch has scarcity of staff.service of this branch is poor.A customer faces a lot of problems in this branch.

When I took car loan at that time staff tell that interest rate is 9.25% when loan is issued the interest rate is calculated 10.50 ..I am not happy with hdfc.

very bad bank staff behaviour.
They gave payment in rs. 100/- notes for amount 1lac - 2 lac.
If a person needs to cover a long distance even then they don't gives payment in 500rs. notes.
very bad experience in this bank.

I don't want to give single star also..very very bad service..all staps think that this hdfc bank is own father's bank and he is owner..they are rude talking and they are think customer like beggers..so I closed hdfc bank account.

Hdfc bank is best all time , but lakhisarai branch staff behavior is very rude and very angry, his thinking all coustmer are beggar and hdfc bank staff is king so I have all account close and open axis bank , axis bank staff behaviour are very good and friendly.

Staffs are careless.
