Good private bank

There is person called Vivek collected all the required documents for personal loan. After one day physical verification came and its final on 29th December. After that calling that people Vivek neither he is picking my call nor he is responding on call and chat.
I was not expecting such ridiculous behaviour from ICICI staff. Then i understand this is Bihar so people will behave in same manner so though to give reviews.

I am expecting either loan is approved or its rejected and i am fine in both status.

I will update same reviews to ICICI portal.

Bad experience

Bad experience, i opened my account online and went to my given branch for first time just to do biometric verification or kyc bcz my account got freezed as i hadnt completed my full kyc which is must . I told branch staffs to do kyc but they denied, telling u hve to request online and a person will go for verification and will do kyc at your home. When i contacted online, they said for kyc u have to visit nearest branch only, after they will verify, your account will be unfreezed and u will be able to transfer funds . Online m bolte hai h branch jao branch jane pe bolte hai online jao . Now i am forced to choose hdfc bcz they dont want to do even ur kyc which only need less than 1 min . Pathetic service .frst day very bad experience . Tell me where is my fault, i took time from busy schedule in winter to go to branch and they clearly denied just 1 min. Work and now from icici i daily get mails to go branch complete kyc this is must . When i go branch same drama.
