All employees are very nice behaviour

Staff behavior is rude & non -cooperative

Very fast and smooth working

Worst branch in narkatiaganj. Please don't open any account in this branch. All employees are unemployed. They don't now how to deal and speak with coustomer. Very it not deserve one star it deserve a half star. And employees not working properly they are talking on smartphone with there relatives at working time don't concentrate on coustomer.

Worst employees ever, they only fool customers all team whether it's customer service , credit card,or health insurance, well bank is good but employees are only trying to reach their targets no matter customer is being dragged in worst situation

The eemployees are worst in their working culture, even we can say that they don't know even how some pitty issues should be solved. #WorstBankICICI
