Very useful State Bank of India branch. Easy communication and prime Location. Its situated in New Patna Secretariat Campus. It is located in Bihar's capital city of Patna. This building is situated between two iconic buildings of Vikas Bhawan and Technology Bhawan. In campus of Vishvesaraya Bhawan many government office running. Also SBI Branch situated in this campus.

All the staff in this branch do not consider themselves less than any deity. Tired of traveling around the bank from 23-112019 to 08-01-2021. Still not updated my kyc.

So crowded. Women are not given that respect (chairs to sit).

Good experience with respect to their customer centric approach.

Its a very big branch, but every staff is busy in their own world. In my case they have never done my any of work on time. Cheque clearance was done in 8 days, mobile number update request still not solved, even after submitting request form.
Complained multiple times on sbi CC but god know what action they do.
If you go for any work, you have to visit each and every counter and they will say US COUNTER PAR PUCHHIYE .
Non sense Bank, Non sense Branch.
