State Bank of India JAGDEO PATH

A new State Bank of India Branch. Still evolving so far as customer facilities are concerned. Located on 1st floor, does not have a lift facility, so a nightmare for senior citizens or differently abled customers.

Good service and friendly staff. The only problem is the steep climb for reaching the branch. Makes it tough for senior citizens.

Worst Branch in the Patna they are very careless towards customer service.
There knowledge about online banking and yono service is 0. I am suffering 😭 from unnecessary problems in account operation although I have been visiting branch regularly.Now I am regretting on my decision to got transfer my account from SBI main branch .

Good branch in this area in term of facility and infrastructure but lack in proper behavior in staffs.staffs thinks that they are above everyone and behave like foolish.they always say link us fail and only one cash deposit counter are available.

SBI jagdeopath branch staff behaviour very bad but manager co-operative.a huge communication gap between staff and customers.lot of staff busy with their mobile phones and operating WhatsApp and facebook.i don't recommend to anyone to open a new account here.

SBI staff thinks they're above everyone, they don't value their customers. But they don't realize that they're merely another employees who are working in a bank. They should respect and value their customers.

I am 17 years old and i opened my bank account here, staff is helpful and good. My experience was good!

One has to always wait in long queues for getting the work done. The employees here don't behave properly and are highly unprofessional. They take long time even for small work. Overall the management is very poor.
