State Bank of India SME KANKARBAGH

Branch is spacious and fine. But its location is quite interior. For first timers you need to search. Location wise a bit not recommended.

Good branch service is very nice and also not too much crowd here very good place to open account here

Very Bad service of kankarbagh main road patna and behaviour of all staffs are very bad , in my opinion dont open any types of account in this branch......

Very poor service, staffs are irritating and at the same time very disturbing. I can’t believe SBI is leading this suckiest services . SBI has just become a name, there services protocols and staffs are extremely poor . Before visiting this place think twice for another bank especially i would personally suggest go for private banks atleast they listen will listen your problem.
Highlighting few names - Akanksha, Pradeep kumar , and one more lady who always sit at SWO counter -5 . And last but not the least the branch manger Alka she is pathetic and totally miserable.
Mine issue was just an simple account opening which they make me visit this branch for the 5th time and still can’t get any help.

Takes very long time for simple tasks.
