ICICI Bank Gaya-Branch & ATM

Been visiting since two year for settlement accounts after my dad passed away. They just don't care. They just want you to cry in front of them to get the work done. But still they won't help or co-operate. Worst bank or specially the branch ?!

I would suggest everyone, if you want something done, don't ever open any account here. If you have any accounts please just close them for peace of mind in future.

Worst customer service..they sit idle in the bank and pretend to be busy and do not care about our concern or service. My wife's fd account opening is due since 3 months, still did not get any proper response from bank..when we visit the bank, they simply say that the person who takes care of fd account is on leave..don't know if they are on permanent leave or fd functionality of icici bank has been closed permanently 😀this is happening since 3 months. Even gov bank provides better service than this. Never choose icici.

I was submitted documents for change mobile number on 13 July 2022 (Wednesday). They told wait for 3 days to 5 days. But Still Mobile Number Not Updated. When I Contacted Customer Care They Told If You Submitted Documents Only Take 24 Hours.
Very Bad Services.
Now I Am Going To Change Mobile Number Using ATM.

Worst employee I ever seen. Especially ankit, using bad language.
I request icici bank please give some training to these unprofessional employees otherwise you will loose your valuable customer one by one.

Today I visit ICICI Bank swrajpuri road.wrost employee I ever seen. Especially branch manager using bad language.

10 day before i submitted my documents for address change but still no update and i didn't received any sms about address change request.counter number 4, I submited my pan,aadhar and passport copy on 31 January 2022.very poor service of this branch.

At first nobody helped me but after that i meet sakshi she is in gold department. She helped me a lot. Thanks to icic bank for keeping a staff like sakshi sinha. You should keep more staff like her . She helped me lot in gold loan. I will never forget her. She is so good. I wish you all the best for your future. You will become one day ceo of icic bank. Thanks to icic bank
And one thing i would like to tell change the bm he is not a good person not talk to customers properly even harass the staff members. For work. He give so much pressure.

Not so good staff behaviour but shruti sinha helped me a lot in getting loan and also helped in my paperwork. Good girl keep it up.manger is not good. Dont talk properly
