Banking service was good earlier now new staff are no longer good and won't support plus they need to learn how to talk I think axis bank management has to take steps for it on their behaviour

I received very unprofessional and rude behaviour from the staff of bank when, I went there to close my account. Apart from this they complete fraud. I suggest go for any government bank. They also provide every facility that axis bank provide.
