ICICI Bank Gopalganj-Branch & ATM

I interacted 2 times with Branch Manager Jitendra Vidyarthi . First time was related to check issue and 2nd time to open Senior Citizen Saving Scheme account ( ICICI only open this account in private bank) . His response was clear and on time .

Amazing infrastructure,I went there for open a NRI account,but there in bank they told me to wait and wait and wait because those Tablet's are not charge, even the place is not look like a private bank , too much dust no AC .... First time I show icici bank branch like this ...

This branch employees are selling customer's personal records to fraud callers. Be cautious before opening account here. One of my family member has opened online account with video call even without going to branch and next 2 days onwards she has started getting multiple fake and frauds calls saying they are calling to help for security of her account. How did fraud caller's got to know that she has opened account at this branch. Branch manager is lousy. He should conduct awareness with account holders regarding these scams also give strict warning to their employees not to involve in unethical practices.

I visited yesterday icici Gopalganj branch for gold loan on 11.30 am, but my gold loan process on evening 4.00 pm, all stag8 working very slow mode. I worst my lumpsum 4 hour kill.and icici advertising provides tatkal gold loan...I am not satisfied with Gopalganj branch staf working..
