Recently opened but gud customer service

cash available more than other atm in this road

Hi i have given application on27 jan 2021 for net banking activation at counter no 1 but three days passed and activation was not done this is first time I am seeing such a poor service in my 13 years of banking.

Outstanding Service from Mr. Rahul & Team, keep it up. Never experienced such a Prompt Banking service earlier in Chhapra.

Very bad experience with staff of this branch. Only for talking not for working

I have visited 3 times branch but no one problem has been solved my kyc is done but nowhere I didn't get debit card

I visited this branch two times but my kyc did not complete because staff give time and left bank .
Staff maintainence necessary in this branch,

Very bad experience with this chapra branch.
No where is RM contact number.
Staffs having lack of knowledge, do not try to open insta saving account from this chapra branch.
If you can then Go with bhagwan bazar branch, they are such polite in behaviour. I self justified.

Chapra branch staff can not say anything for you solution.
They are not responsible for your help regarding this bank issue.
