I had bad experience in mostly government bank's but this bank changed my opinion about government banks . B.O.I. is giving quick and smooth service than other banks . One of the best bank to me . Easy account opening and bank stuff's are so friendly here , Not selfish like other bank stuff's .

Very bad services of this bank of India branch because here staff are talk very rude with customers and not fulfill customer requirements.
here's staff is very bad behaved with the customer.
