Good branch having almost 10 counters for different work. Here is the ticket system but when the crowd goes over control they stop using ticket system and start long queue system.

I have seen many banks but I don't see this type of bank...These banks has own rules and poor facilities....Don't go to this bank... Totally poor experience....😤😤😤😤

There was too much of work load and less number of staffs that's the main reason they are unable to serve well. But even in pressure they are doing their jobs and I really appreciate the man who was opening new accounts. He was working unstoppable even when he was not well. I faced a lot of issue and I was too frustrated but in last manager corporate with me and help me to open my account after 5:30pm, that' means they worked after the the closing of bank. You just show them some kindness and please visit the branch within time.
