1. Staff avoids opening account if you have applied online. They will convince to open account as new application.
2. They don't have debit card, cheque book, internet banking document available in branch. You need to wait for long to receive them.
3. Staff tries to make fool of customer.
4. Force their own rules on customers organ bank rules.

Quick and excellent service provided to me and resolved all my queries and also polite behaviour of all the staff

Staffs are no polite they always try to sell banking products like insurance, FDs & MF.

Pathetic service by staff of this branch I just went to complete my kyc as i was not able to complete video kyc for account opening but the staff member told your pincode is block and kyc can't be done I was surprised by his answer such an irrelevant logic.These people just tarnish the image of bank due to their negligence.I suggest you to recruit those people who knows how to read or write.

Very bad service, male staff of counter 6 behave not good.
I went there for "KYC" but staff were busy in doing gossips and busy on Phone.

I went to update mobile number and DOB this morning and had a pleasant experience. The customer service officer was of great help, great service. Keep up the good work guys👍

Only bank staff relative's work is important for staff general People have to stay in line until its lunch tym or bank close time . They didn't response for general People . Worst branch ever .

Went for acount opening in morning they said they contact on my no. Till 3:00pm but no response no one contacted ,they don't Even provided me form inspite of asking, have to go again then guard didnt allowed to enter said at 3 bank closes
