BANK CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND INTERACTION IS GOOD BUT THE BUILDING OF BANK IS VERY OLD AND THE PLACE IS LITTLE BIT UNHYGIENIC REST ALL GOOD

I have a account in this bank . Honestly speaking I think they have very limited staff for the works and whenever you visit there you have to stand in queues.
But with that limited staff they work very good. My all problems are always solved. Branch manager is also very kind and helps the people.
Talking about infrastructure it is very old.

Very nice bank located at prime location in Darbhanga. The staffs and branch manager - Prabhas sir is very kind and supportive. They ensure quality work for their clients. I wish them all the best for future. Keep up the good work.

Bank well maintained but staff are so rude. Very disappointed to behavior.
