Toady I visit axix bank Dhubri branch, I submit the demand draft to the the teller counter but the teller person refuse to accept the dd and told this has to be submit the check drop box only, and he told me after standing a long que, why you can't accept the dd and give receipt, every bank r accepting it except you, and the main thing is they r writing on the board all ac duct clean temperature is below 24 Celsius, but reality is not an single ac is working, no one is followed covid protocol no mask nothing, even the employee r working without mask, and when you stand on the que there r some people who r completing their work without stand in the que just because of they r well known with the employee and we r just an value less customer,thanks for this great management
