Axis Bank Branch

I came here to pay my visa application form for going to the USA. Staffs are very helpful and professional. The visa payment process seem familiar to the staffs. The entire process didn't take long even though I have to go from one counter to the other. The staffs made sure that all information provided are correct before the payment receipt was issued. Vehicles can be parked at the nearby MUDA parking lot.

Worst experience ever. Lack of response to customer and slow processing of services. Poor biometric and technical services. Inequality in respect of customers. More than sufficient staff are available but not at all working as much. Finally not suggestible to open an account here

Worst people I ever faced. Staff wont respond properly.

I gave dd for revalidation they took 2 weeks, till now they didn’t gave my dd (haven’t resolved the issue )

Very bad bank .Axis bank cut my. 8200 rupees without any information. Don't conntact with axis

To create salary account we are struggling from 15 days till now the guy who open the account is not available in the bank. Atleast to open the savings account they are asking to deposit 15000rupees. Staff behave very harsh inside. Very poor banking system. No customer friendly

Chittoor branch Service is too slow than govt banks, needs improve. I visited twice in a week, still KYC not getting updated, might process needs streamline.

BANK is good only but the staff at chittoor branch is worst. No response from them.
I had never seen these type of staff from any branch or from any bank. Worst services and worst management.

Visited branch for account closure and submitted all documents, Staff told it will get closed within two days , now it's been week till now no update at all.

Calling branch multiple times ,no one is responding

Being a member from bank atleast you should hav to acknowledge the customer issues. Not even knowing the simple basic things don't know What you are doing 🤷.
