Bank is good but their rules and regulations are just touching the cloud nine. People need to submit whatever documents required for the loans, account opening and closing. Time to time we need to check if any applicable offer to us.

Bank Staff didn't accept Cash Deposits inside the Bank, there is only 1 Cash Deposit Machine in Bank's Premises, there will be long que anytime, pls install atleast 1 more Depositing Machine so that que reduces and customer feel better

No negative rating is there to opt. Very poor service being one of the corporate bank.For any service from this branch plan for the whole working day , carry food because employees are utmost irresponsible , they will keep us waiting with no reason.Simply better don't visit this branch .By that branch will closed because of poor customer satisfaction going further.

No "LOCAL HELP DESK PHONE NUMBERS" are given in website.
All connectes to toll-free number and then will send sms link which you have to wait for 2 or more days to get problem sloved.

They charge for everything.... Disappointing bank... Icici is wayy better

Worst credited card department

Worst in service from staff. It's been 3 months that I am waiting to close my account and I don't have a manager no and I stays in different town and I am requesting one of his staff for his manager no but he is not responding properly. Particular this venkat who dosent know how to treat a customer
