HDFC Bank

I am asking them to open a Salary account for past one week. Last week Wednesday they told me to come back on Friday. On Friday the relevant staff is on leave. So, I went back on Monday. He is saying that kits are not available come back on Thursday. Even on Thursday he is not sure whether kits will be available or not. I am totally disappointed by the way they are serving new customers.

Located near benz circle. All branch banking services like savings account and current account related will be addressed in this branch. As per my knowledge salary account opening they are suggesting to visit Gurunanak colony branch.ATM also available beside branch.Good service provided by staff. Asst s ,loans related can be done at 1 st floor . I have closed my personal loan on 1st floor of the branch,token system

ATM was too low maintenance , there are four atms inside and plus one security person for Ac .i hope management is re solve the issue

One word HORRIBLE!!!Very very bad customer service.not even can give even 1 star.for making a DD put me on wait for more than 3 hours.one of the each staff member goes for break for an hour.They never care about customers never expect it from hdfc.

Don't have any update in Google about the working days. I had google list of holidays it's not a holiday. Dont have any update either working day Or not!!! Reach the bank but it's closed please maintain update about working days .

Very poor service at the bank. The staff are just barking like dogs !! Security people are far better that the people who are sitting inside. Especially, a lady by name Sandhya who claimed herself as a manager, credit card division was so immature and just going in deference rather putting efforts to listen from the shoes of the customer. Shez just not fit for that Job !!

Becoming worst bank slowly. ICICI and Axis banks are becoming better
