One of the most busiest banks in city
Still staff are very friendly and offers the best service

No doubt the lower level staff got entered this bank by bribing!
senseless idiots they are. I didn't expect that kind of dumb fellows in a bank. SBI services have not improved any from the last couple of years.
For the last 5 days the passbook printing machine is always malfunctioning and they just don't care about it!

Worest SBI branch in Vizianagaram . I gave application to change registered mobile number a week ago . They didn't work on it , they won't even pick up the phone , reckless government employees better to have private bank account

Use to take their work very casual
Not a pinch of responsibility or dutifully towards their work

Better place..main branch in vzm...staff also explains everything with so much patience...

Great service at SBI Fort Branch today. Madam Basheera Begum has been very patient with our request and took care of all transactions within one hour. Great manager.

Services are too late...staff also not professional in behaviour... infrastructure is so bad that senior citizens are suffering due to lack of chairs
