I have opened Digital Salary Account. I have selected VIP ROAD BALAJI NAGAR vijag branch. Due to this Covid situation I can't go vijag so HDFC Vijag Staff said for KYC visit your nearest branch. I visited Krishna park HDFC branch sklm.
These people are just saying reasons like Staff member absent plss visit tomorrow. kits not available. How could they say visit tomorrow.
everyone is busy with there work. There should be alternative when a person visited a branch.

This brank lacks skilled people. They don't have clear understanding of banking systems. I have opened online salary account with this branch, although account got created instantly, they made me visit branch for 2-3 times for KYC. Finally after one month, as I still didn't receive the debit card, I choose to deactivate the account and will never reach HDFC in future

I went to this branch as my debit card expired while I was in US. Miss Shivani helped me by exploring all available options to get me my debit card. I could sense that the staff here truly want to help HDFC customers by all means. You are true assets for the bank .

The bank should be located in ground floor just like karur Vysya Bank. Every time visit we need to take stairs. No proper lift

I went for closing my account they said u maintain the account and we will cancel the charges but i lost 4k as charges only whenever I contact to the bm he used to say we will sort it out but 8 months over ...no proper service worst i lost my money 4k as charges if i go to bank to cancel my account they say to come later for closing the account also there will be no proper service ...

Employees are very irresponsible I had open an online salary account and for kyc I submitted my documents on 3rd of the month post which I visited bank twice for the update but they said they are working on it and I will receive message within 7 days then the third time almost after 1 month when I reached back they responded as if they had no idea what I am talking about and they started searching application in the pile of papers then.
