no Customer caring in this branch. worst experience withthis SBI. all are scolding SBI. why rating top. this comment need to show on top

SBI court branch ongole manager and staff service is very pathetic. Just for opening NPS account, visited bank numerous times and many calls and messages and the final result is still not done. From December I had been following the case, but still no use. Should feel ashamed for this kind of services.

This branch is replacement of railway station branch. Basically railway station branch is under remodelling untill then this is the alternate branch. . . . This kurnool road branch is small branch compared to railway station branch. So it's little congested.

Why you cannot move little far from ongole ? Before it used to be near railway station . Atleast it should be middle of the town but it’s totally miserable people who travels from one end of town to other .

The branch nearer to railway station was moved near to the sent Javier's . Yeah the bank is good we have ground and top floor. But need to improve on the service to the Customers
