State Bank of India VASCO DA GAMA (GOA)

They have the worst customer service. Few employees in this bank show least interest to assist customers and there is no backup in case any employee isn't present. Customer has to visit the branch again for the smallest reason of passbook update!! Also the branch never picks up calls. The online customer service has no knowledge to help customers on simplest matters.

Horrible experience. Full on government style working. No accountability what so ever. Customer experience is just a myth.

Worst service.... Slow service.... After waiting for 1hr bank person is asking fr what are ull waiting.... When i told tht im waiting fr new account they told me that their site is not.... Wow... After waiting fr 1hr they are telling

Worst service. Long line waiting. Low class experience staff with rude behaviour. I don't why this is considered as their main head bank. Big Bribe bank it is. Definitely not recommended.

Impressed by the service that is been provided by the State Bank of India now compared to what they used to provide before. Also, it is not at all crowded nowadays like how it used to be before and we do not have to wait in the queue for hours. Felt good by seeing the service that they provide to senior citizens. Good to see State Bank of India gaining back our trust.

Very slow services...... employees more lazy dont operate their duty fast.....more delay.

No so good always delay very very rush harassment behaviour with customers employees lazy people have different windows of tellers but use oly two bad idea of displaying token no. On tv screen whole day get wasted over there employees are not good at conversation no response one of the worst bank I ever seen want a quick changes as looking good hope of this bank

Very poor service at counter no 5 and 6. both the staff should thot how to behave to its customer first. very lazy yet arrogant staff
