Bakingo - Cake Shop in Noida

Guys trust me they may have all the good looks on cake but there smell and taste worst. I order my cake for my mother birthday from zomato and specifically told them to please check and send the fresh one. When i opened the cake for cutting it has worst smell and taste. The cherry on the cake is when i called them and told them my query instead of apology he refused to accept its mistake. Shown me his big attitude. All this ruined the precious day for our family. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM OF TAKING COMPLETE MONEY AND SENDING CUSTOMER EXPIRED PRODUCTS. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT SO MUCH GOOD RATING, BUT TRUST ME GUYS THEY DON'T DESERVE ANYTHING. And just a word of advice always buy cake or anything from shop directly instead depending on this online method cause in online method buying these guys can scam you and in offline you can check hand to hand.

A good bakery with a variety of pastries to choose from. I ordered the Chocolate Hazelnut Caramel Jar Cake which is quite good and so are its other products. They have good offers in Zomato which if you are lucky you can get it....The pastries are well made and are worth giving a shot once...

The pastries are really good. And the best part is less sugar.

Just 1 thing I didn’t like is … I ordered for birthday and you have not even mentioned happy birthday on it.

3rd class customer service I order cake last night and they did not wrote name and wish on cake and same thing is happen with me on 6th of October they destroy our celebration and when I call to customer services they said sorry and cut my call it's shame less thing.

The cake was not value for money. Its overpriced! The cream, gems and essence were cheap quality. Gems had a rotten smell. This spoiled my b'day. Bakingo sucks!Worst quality of cake I ever had!

The customer care won't listen to your issue. They don't care for their customer. Worst experience I ever had. Would suggest not to order from here and spoil your special day.
The worst part is they are not ready to listen or resolve your issue.

FYI: Never order from their site as your complaints wont he heard. Order from online food delivery solutions like zomato, swiggy etc. Atleast they want to listen to our problems and then resolve them. They want to retain their customers. They delivered me a less 200 rupees cake in 1440/- rupees.

Very beautiful cake delivered by team. It’s on time and there was no problem in service. Highly recommended. Thank you team.

The cake was delicious and amazing. Very nice subtle flavour with all the freshness of various fruits. It would be more impactful if pears or avocado slices were used instead of apple slices. The cake was very fresh and the best thing was that it was light. Totally awesome.

Quality was good
I ordered loving cup cakes from swiggy they provided nice cake with the look, packing also the taste was so yummy and fresh.
Also they are very nice at service with the delivery person forgot the birthday Banner but Bakingo person got it delivered within the next hour to make their customer happy.
