BMAC by Kasey: BAKE ME A CAKE, Bakery and Cafe Mathura

Had pizza, shakes, pasta. Good ambiance. Owner and his team is really generous and makes sure you are getting really amazing food. Loving it all. Now on my go to list.

Omg that uncle (i think is the owner) is soooo ill-mannered, can't respect the customers😣.
The taste is not so bad (7/10). But will not recommend to visit.
You can definitely find far better cafés.

Good ambience, but the owner is a little rude, doesn't know how to respect it's customers. And the place is also overpriced plus the taste is just average.
Will not visit again👎!

This one's a newly added place and I ordered as soon as I saw it sells chocolate eclair. Went ahead to visit this place. Its a cute little place with small seating. The place looks good but when it comes to food I didn't like anything but donuts.

What I ordered :

Cheese filled Burger - The burger party had a good taste and it had decent cheese(not per se Cheese filled burger) so if you call it a cheese burger I would surely want extra amount of cheese in it. Also, the burger bun is something that disappointed me. Better quality buns could be used as the bun was too big and a little rigid.

Chocolate filled Donut - The Donut was really soft and it had decent amount of chocolate filled in it. The quality of chocolate used could be better. Also, I ordered 2 donuts but they sent only one. That's something which Zomato handles though.

Eclair - This is the one I liked best when I ordered. It tasted good. But When I visited the place I tried the Eclair again and it was The hardest Eclair I've had by far. Not at all good. Eclairs are supposed to be super soft but this one was just disappointing.

Garlic Parmesan fries : Not at all worth. They didn't add salt to it. It only had a dominating garlic flavour.

I also tried their chocolate filled and plain donuts when I visited and they were just decent.

Overall, the place has a potential to get better and do well but the quality of food takes it all down. Needs a lot of improvement.

Bmac is a very good spot for amazing coffee and omg really really mouth watering cakes. 5 stars to food quality and service. However reason for overall 4 stars is having a smoking area right next to overall seating. While smoke area is separated by door every time it opens the smoke and the odor kinda ruin it for non-smokers. It was becoming very difficult to sit and enjoy your food

Although the food is delicious and tasty , from cakes to pizzas everything is sumptuous.
But no business can run without respect to your customers.
The owner ( Kasey's husband ) is ill-mannered , disrespectful ,frustated , rude and harsh
Aapka ehsaan lene nahi aate , paise deke aate h bhaia ji , respect and value your customers .
Worst worst worst behaviour of him (the owner ) .
What you give comes back to you , please treat customers happily . Don't show your attitude ok .
I would never recommend anyone to visit this place who doesn't know the value of customers .
Worst place and worst behaviour
