Choco Town Bakery & Flowers

I paid and ordered two spicy cheetos and I received a packet of Nescafé, and why I tried contacting the phone number on their website, it is turned off, since two days I have been trying and it is switched off, so good luck trying to reach them if you have any issues. I also sent multiple emails and still not response from their end after messing up my order so poorly.

Worst waste of money and service. If you want to flush your money down the drain for fun, try Chico town.

I paid some 1100 Rs but have neither received the refund , nor the order
Report them to consumer court
They are really unprofessional
There is no customer support, their phone is always switched off , they never revert back to your emails

FRAUD ALERT!!!
Worst experience! I got notification that my courier is on it's way but when I'm tracking the package from last 10 days status is showing pickup failed. I paid them ₹1500 in advance for chocolates and now they are not responding to mails. Contact number is out of reach always. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. I need my money back.
