The cakes here are superb and they can recreate any design. I ordered a red velvet custom made cake and the cake did not taste upto the mark. But the manager was very polite and agreed for a full refund back. We bought some Goodies for it. But the place is a must try when in Jhansi.

The staff gets your order quickly, and everything is served fresh.

We didn't try anything else except pastries but we were satisfied with the taste.

It's a nice place to bring your friends and family for a sweet treat after dinner.

Nice place to catch up with some good food. Alot of options to choose from. Multiple cuisine are available starting from italian to southIndian food. Mocktails are also available. Service was not so great but the staff was courteous and friendly.

Place with quantity no quality. I bought a red velvet cake for bird, they gave me stinky and spoiled cake with a badly written name. Staff is more busy in selling they franchise and noticing girls around. Taste can’t be bad anywhere that kind of perfection they achieved.

The absolute worst customer service in the whole of Jhansi. We were sold a cheese with mould on it and when we came to return it, we were treated with absolute disrespect. The manager there was rude and tried to pin the whole ordeal on us. We had previously ordered a cake from them as well and this whole situation made us very worried for the kind of quality they produced the cake with.

The Best Bakery in Jhansi! Had Veg. Club Sandwich and a glass of refreshing Mint Mojito prepared by Gopalji! Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended 💯
