Airport outlet of the famous Karachi Bakery located at the departures hall. You can find the same biscuits, namkeens, sweets and other condiments. These are well packed and can be easily carried in the cabin without the fear of coming loose or opening.

However, the kiosk seems to be always out if cash and they never seem to have any change.

Service was quick and fast as one would expect.

Famous with the best quality. especially the Fruit biscuits. Always try to get one while in transit. They also got lot of varieties of cookies, chocolates, rolls, sweets etc. Usually priced above average, but worth the price. Kids will like it. They got stores all over the cities. Karachi bakery, as name suggest is an Indian company.

Karachi Bakery is famous for their quality pastry cakes and stuff. Grab a pastry/biscuits once land at Hyderabad. Little expensive when compared to the usual stores. I don’t prefer getting samosa/puffs here as they aren’t fast moving. I saw even some of the full cakes melting. Choose wisely.

There are many small outlets at RGIA.
One of the outlets which is near to Indigo baggage checkin charged me Rs 2225 but gave items worth Rs 1975 only.
Even the bill was not there along with items which she put in a large plastic bag.
I thought the staff (a lady) had put a bill and items in the plastic bag and did not care to have a tally there itself. But after reaching home I realised that item worth Rs 250 was missing. It could be an honest mistake but at least there should have been a bill in the bag. Or the lady should have at least asked me to hand over the bill in hand.

Anyway, biscuits and chocolates are good and their fruit biscuit is unmatched.

I asked for 2 packets of biscuits and specified 500 gms each. The billing girl asked an amount of Rs 580, I paid with my card. She said stock has just arrived so bill can't be provided. Saw the MRP to be Rs 280 each and total was Rs 560, Rs 20 lesser. The girl says she thought it was a 600 gm pack and handed over Rs 20 in cash immediately. Didn't raise the issue further, but raises trust issues. You guys need to have a price list. Hope the employees are not running a micro scam of their own.

The worst customer satisfaction by far, treating the customers as granted. Here are the scenarios I came across.
1) First they didn’t take AMEX card and gave a reason that they are charged additional taxes. With being an international airport they are not taking amex and other international credit cards.
2) I paid in cash and in return they asked me to bring 50 rupee cash change on a bill of 1200. I went to ask 2-3 shops and couldn’t got the cash so they asked me to return the biscuits and get the change first and then get the order.

Thank you Karachi Bakery for this experience and delivering worst customer satisfaction rate and allowing me to go home empty handed for my family.
