I bought a cake from 3rd mile black forest cakes .It was both beautiful and delicious. It was so sweet of you to offer to make it. The entire family enjoyed it. Its really perfect to have the name "the king of black forest Finally the customer is really good and very kindly to the customers"

Worst experience at this bakery.

I ordered a pizza 🍕 and believe me it was the worst pizza I have ever had. They didn't even heat that pizza properly. It was cold.
The crust was stale as if it was made weeks ago.
We left almost half of that on the plate.

Gulabjamun again was stale.

Quite costly.

I suggest every one of you not waste your money here at this shop.

It was a great experience in black forest bakery having a peri peri pizza and BBQ pizza which was really nice ....... ✔️❤️👏
Rate wise economic for normal pastries and shakes...👍✌️👌

WORST 0 rating - One of the worst service I ever experienced, I ordered a red velvet cake on women’s day for a corporate office (tuticorin Airport) They gave the rotten & spoiled cake. I forgave that and asked for replacement on next day , they accepted the replacement but didn’t delivered the Replacement cake next day. No responsible management and no responsible people over there.

The first thing that I want to speak about is, the people from this bakery are extremely good in satisfying the customer need.. i would have asked more than 15 questions/queries and they have guided/answered to all my questions very patiently.. And they also arranged the delivery of the cake in this difficult situation as per my request and also correct time.. Most importantly the cake came out really well and it was very tasty too..Thank you guys for the wonderful cake and special thanks to the thoothukudi branch manager for all his efforts 👏😍,,,

The fresh products are kept at front which is visible to customer side and which packing they are taking cakes from the inner side which is quite hard.
Worst customer service.
Ask them to take the cakes from front side which visible to customer.
Note: Varieties of cakes are good.
