Simply Sweet has always been my go to place for any cake orders from the last 1.5 years. I ordered anniversary cake recently. No words to explain how delicious it was. All the guests at our party were admiring the cake and we didn't even got a single slice left to take back home as the guests ate all of it. Highly recommended their excellent service. You will get exact replica of any design you order. My experience with them has always been excellent. Best cake shop in town without any doubt.

I went to their recently opened outlet in celebration mall, had a pathetic experience with their desserts, took donuts, death by chocolate cake slice and a chocolate cupcake. The person at the store claimed every item to be fresh but the cake slice was rotten, the sponge was hell dry that the sponge couldn't be felt and the ganache frosting was also rock hard. The donut was also rock hard and soo dry that on biting it the crumbs were falling apart, all the moisture was gone from them (such old it was). The cupcake was a bit fresh but the taste was pathetic. All these things were packed in a box overlapping each other and the box was such thin that it tore from the bottom while reaching home. Worst ever first time experience with them.

Not good. Birthday cake sponge was dry. It looked like it is not fresh. Also, they should improve on their commitment of time, cake was delivered 3 hours late.

I have been ordering cakes from Simply Sweet from the last 5 years for all occasions. Simply Sweet bakery has become my first and only choice right after my first order. Diya is a perfectionist when it comes to design any customized cakes and her accuracy has been more than 95% to turn photos to reality. I have tried so many bakeries in Udaipur before and most of them have failed. The quality of cake is top-notch and friends have always admired her cakes. If anyone who is looking for best customized cakes with great taste at decent price, don't give a second thought for it... Many more cakes yet to order.... Wish you the best !!!!
