Narula Bakery

For the first time, the cake turned out to be bad and when I ordered the cake for the second time, he first said that the cake would cost 1000 rupees.But when I went to get the cake, he said that this cake will cost 2500rs. They do not know the price of their cakes. What is this way to handle the customer!?🤷🏻‍♀️

One of the worst bakery in zirkpur the guys working there thinks they own the shop and the dumb owner knows nothing , there parking is so bad , cake smells so bad seems weeks old . My day us spoiled save ur day

I ordered cake from here. The cake tastes okay. The owner's behaviour is rude. The staff working there doesn't know how to treat the customer.
My only suggestion to the place please learn how to deal with customers and stick to the delivery time you promise at the time of ordering.

My experience with Narula Bakery has always been fantastic. Very cost effective sweets, bakery items, snacks and winter snacks but extremely good in quality. Their Atta Pinni had always been a hit for its flavour and richness.

Their addition, Chole-bhature and Kulcha-chana are a must try @ Rs 60/- per plate which is a steal.

Anyone visiting Chandigarh must pay a visit to this outlet which is actually in a dinky lane of Zirakpur but worthy due to their high quality standards.

Very very disappointed with the services. They have delivered totally stale food and was so oily. I'll not recommend anyone to order something from here.They should think before giving such disgraceful service to the customers

The cake price should match its quality .there cake taste too simple and flavourless . don't go for cake .

Worst have bakery with poorest customer focus.. Item sold, no more responsibility.

I ordered expensive cake for my daughter birthday at Narula bakery on 24.07.2021 after spending an hour for finalising design.. When I went to pick up my cake it was coming out of box.Asked him.. Why he didn't tell me this while ordering that cake will be coming out of cake box.. He told you should have brought car to pick up cake.. I said.. I would have definitely brought provided you should have guided me or should have offered to deliver at home at some price.. But greedy people leave no scope for buyers...customer is helpless at last hour.. Cake got damaged while taking home..

Secondly , the owner is too rude n egoistic as if he whatever he does he is right.. Extremely bad behavior..

We also bought happy birthday letters packet from the shop while ordering cake in morning.. One letters was torn/punctured , and this shop owner refused to exchange just one letter "D" .. N said buy another packet.. I said get lost n we ll never ever visit your shop again.. Instead of feeling low or sorry.. He said.. Thank you.. As you wish Maharaaj... N was laughing... How could they think they can ruin anyone s function just because they have shop owner.. I sincerely request all not to visit this shop.. So that he learns how to respect customer..

PS.. I was an old customer who had bought many things in past from this bakery.. But this shop owner just don't respect their loyal customers..

Had a wonderful experience with them ordering a customized cake. Genuine prices and the cake was super cute and tasty. Ordered a customized 3D red velvet cake. Highly recommended
