Placed an order as recommended by a friend. Caramellow did not let me down as it was a risk to order from a new place. Loves the cake decoration it was so precised. That soft that it melted in the mouth and nothing but delicious 😋

Though the cake looked really beautiful, but sadly I didn't like the taste. It was really dry according to my taste and hence a disappointment.

So glad that this place is open! New hours are definitely going to bring more customers. I can now stop in and get some delicious pastries. I live for their quality 3 D look cakes. Family operated and friendly as can be. **A must try for sure! **

These guys were super sweet and so professional! We had the most fun tasting where they patiently let us try almost any flavour we wanted. They were also super flexible about the design, had an exhaustive catalogue but were also open to our suggestions. They also transparently shared information about what and wasn’t possible (eg: certain flavours are denser so those flavours have to be in the bottom layers) and let us do a whole bunch of customisation including multiple flavours and regular and eggless tiers in the same cake. I’ve had the best experience with Caramellow, Anushka is a magician! Her vision and expertise in cakes definitely sets her apart from the rest. The cakes are not only stunning but they taste heavenly as well. Even Neha, who manages caramellow under Anushka is such a doll! Neha accommodates wonderfully. I recommend caramellow 100/10!!❤️

I ordered my baby's first birthday cake with carnival theme and they promised to deliver the same design as I have provided them. But unfortunately on the delivery day, I got something else. All the characters and carnival theme widgets were printed and pasted on the cake instead of made with proper fondant giving them 3-D look as promised. I was completely disappointed but couldn't do anything as cake was delivered during the birthday party celebration. Though we tried informing the baker that this is not the design we asked for and she was very very rude. We paid the exact amount which was promised in the start but they dint delivered as promised.

Amazing preparation of cakes..the cake does not only aesthetically pleases you ,the taste is what brings you back here. Their Cheesecakes are outstanding and the blackout chocolate cake is my anytime mood lifter..thanks caramellow for just being there to cheer us and making our special events even more special..❤
