Fraud company! Ordered photo cake 2 days back and they sent me this. Calling them and they are deducting call again and again. Such a poor customer service. How you will fight with ferns n petals.

And after this they sent me regular cake for cost of photo cake as they can’t make it!

I think you don't even know how to make the cakes properly and i will say you first tell your chef to make all the cakes on your website and then you click the photos of them and then uplaod that photos so that people don't get scammed in a sweet way. In photos you can see how low budget it looks it seems a home chef tries to copy your cake and made this..itvwas shameful opening cake in front of other people.

Worst experience ever. I first time tried them but No customer support.. No Update on order.. Will never recommend

Horrible service! I ordered the cake well in advance for Father’s Day and it came later in the night and the cake had all melted. When I called the customer care, there was no one to attend

Packing is good. But am not happy with their service. I have order midnight delivery and told them to keep it secret but instead delivery guy give my girl call around 10:00pm and asked if he can deliver early? Like seriously that’s how you keep it secret. I have paid extra just to ruin my surprise.

bad service i have paid for 10 flowers but they deliver 8 flowers only and take money for express delivery and delivery 3 hours late.

also inform to my husband before 4 hours your flowers on the way ! LOL
