Parveen Baker's Ville

I love visiting them almost everyday coz everything they have is great. They have great range of Cooking, snacks and stuf f we can relish with tea. They have variety of breads and rusks also. They have customized patty option, though o have never tried but sounds tempting. It's a good place for quick bites.

Pathetic customer service and dine in experience. They are serving frozen and spoiled stuff . Be careful while ordering any thing here. Do double check the date before buying.
For food there should be zero tolerance but Owner's them self are least concerned about the quality and taste. Despite of an old and established name, their quality has fallen to such a extant that it's impossible to recommend this place to anyone anymore. Not recommended at all.

So bad experience

Bought Red velvet cake yesterday....
Worst cake ever had....
Bread was very porous seems stale not at all soft what we expect from a cake.
Frosting and filing between bread layer was very less, not enoght to taste as well
This branch's overall quality has started degrading.

We brought the bread from the bakery when we opened it. Bread was full of fungus and next day when we went to return the bread they refused to take it back coz the label was missing. The lady was on the counter was rude.
Another experience was once we brought donuts from them it was hard and nect time when we went to the bakery we just normally suggested that make your donuts little soft but they were not able to take the suggestion started arguing with us. We really had bad experience from the model town brach of parveen bakery.

The shop is bright big and full of awesome stuffs however, the most important thing this shop is lacking and that is humility, respect towards their employees (workers).

One day I went to their shop and both owners at counter (man and lady) were shouting at their workers due to some loss which I don’t know but they shouldn’t shout at them when customers are present in the shop.

It was my first visit and I felt too much negativity and unpleasant atmosphere in their shop.
