In my entire life I would say I have never seen such an amazing job done by any restaurant. I have never been to this place ever and it was the first time I wanted to order food and cake for my sister’s birthday and wanted to make her feel special. So I just called them and asked them if they could help me out and I wasn’t expecting that they would show so much love and responsibility to their work and they did a great job. I am in Canada right now but I did not had to worry about my sister’s surprise birthday party at all. I just gave them a call and sent them the cake I wanted for her birthday. They made exactly the same cake I wanted for her and the food was so delicious that everyone praised it so much. They did everything according to my expectations in just one day.And what I loved about them is their communication skills and they are not working for money. They want to make good relations with their customers and provide best customer service. I have not paid yet and they never asked me to pay before delivering the food but wanted to make sure everything is liked by my family.It was pleasure getting served by them. And thanks for treating me like your own daughter and not like a regular customer. Thank-you so much guys...Really appreciate your hard work..!! Good job 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It was great experience and cake was delicious in looking and tasted was fabulous ,will definitely recommend this to others and i will for sure order from them again,i was out of town and just placed the order on the phone and so polite and nicely served by the owner and they deliver what they say so nice experience 🙂simply awesome team and their outstanding work 😊

It was a delightful experience of ordering cake from National Bakery, especially when I was not even located in Bathinda. I called the number given on website and was welcomed by the owner Mr Pawan Suri. I explained him that I needed a cake delivered for my dad's 70th bday. He made all necessary arrangements to deliver the cake I wanted. Most of all, the comfort he provided to ensure that the task will be fulfilled, was a great experience.
Regular updates through whatsapp was helpful and payment process via paytm was smooth too.
Thanks, will definitely buy again. My parents loved the delicioud chocolate truffle cake.

Bad experience, Today dated 13/12/2022 I visit with my child at pammi bakery around 6:25 pm , I bought pastry for my child. I feel astonish when they deny to accept digital payment. How these type of people run business in digital era

Pammi is destroyed. I had very good memories of pammi bakery patties however just today on 31st December i had their aaloo patties at 6:30 and started vomiting by 8. Worst taste, soggy patties. Please just don't buy someone's business. Try to maintain the reputation and quality as well.
